Info for stall holders - The UKs Leading Vintage Fair
Our stalls come in 3 standard sizes. Small, Medium & Large. As of 2010 tables will not be included with stalls so you'll need to bring your own trestle table if required. Prices are dependent on the venue so will be different for each city so please check the individual event listing on our events page to be sure

Medium Stall 6ft x 12ft Sheffield £70 Manchester £70 Birmingham £80
Small Stall 6ft x 6ft Sheffield £40 Manchester £40 Birmingham £45
Large Stall 6ft x 18ft Sheffield £100 Manchester £100 Birmingham £110
SET UP TIMES
Stall holders can set up from 10am, it is important you arrive for set up before our cut off of 11am. If you're late you will forfeit your stall. Doors must open at 12pm sharp
What to bring
PACK UP TIME
The fair is open until 5pm. That means that we still have customers coming down to the fair at this time. It is important that noone begin to pack up before 5pm as this causes customer complaints. We have to be strict about this
LOADING & PARKING
This is different for each venue so details will be sent to booked stallholders at least one week before the fair
WHATS NOT ALLOWED
Real fur is banned from our fairs so please don't bring it as we'll have to ask you to remove it. Items on 'vintage stalls' must be pre 90s vintage. Modern reproductions and vintage style items lower the tone of our fairs so please refrain from bringing or selling it at our fairs. Approved handmade clothing stalls do not fall under this rule.
